Celebrate the independent spirit of the Short North: independent thinking, independent living, independent business. The first Saturday of every month, thousands of visitors converge on the strip, the epicenter of the High Street Experience. They come to celebrate art and partake in an evening of sights, sounds, food, shopping, and cosmopolitan fun. Though many shops are open earlier, the Gallery Hop officially starts at 4PM and runs to 10PM with restaurants and bars staying open considerably later.

If you have a physical injury or are recovering from an illness, they assist in the healing process since tension inhibits healing. Each workshop, lovingly created by Gail Sky with your needs in mind, has a different theme, which makes it useful to come again and again. Join Gail, a certified advanced Relax and Renew™ teacher and Master Level Reiki practitioner, for three hours of restorative yoga. Receive some Reiki as well, if you like. Except for the meeting in November, we will meet on the fourth Wednesday of every other month, with the exception of the offsite meeting in March. Since November hits the day before Thanksgiving, we'll meet the week prior. Regular meetings will be held at the SNBA office (1126 1/2-A North High Street, above Surly Girl Saloon). In the off months, committees will meet. Each committee will determine its preferred time to meet.
